General representation of community associations tailored to each association’s needs, including assessment collections, defense of mortgage foreclosure litigation, covenant enforcement, amendments of governing documents, contract negotiation, creation of rules and policies, legal opinions, arbitration, and mediation, as needed. Further representation of both corporations and individuals with general civil litigation in the areas of real estate, construction matters, and contract disputes.  Additionally experienced in appellate law and transactional real estate practice.
