Jennifer Hicks Esq

Jennifer was born in England and raised in Sarasota; she obtained her Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Florida State University before getting her law degree from Barry University School of Law in Orlando. After law school, Jennifer returned to Sarasota in 2013 and started working in community association law in 2014. Jennifer’s community association law includes general association representation and legal guidance, collections, contract review and negotiation, document revisions, creation of rules and policies, legal opinions, arbitration and mediation, covenant enforcement, as well as many other issues that arise in community associations.
