My dad was a criminal defense attorney, one of the best in New York City. Trial tactics and cross-examination were a regular part of my life growing up. After college, I followed in his footsteps and became an attorney in 1991. I started with a large New Jersey firm, Archer & Greiner, working as an associate in their prestigious Environmental Litigation practice. I opened my own litigation practice in New York City in 1994. My firm handled criminal defense, civil and commercial litigation, securities arbitration, and civil liberties cases. I also developed a passion for helping business owners and entrepreneurs succeed. My firm handled consulting and planning matters for businesses, both startups and established brands.
In 2006, I moved to Sarasota, Florida in order to supplement my law practice in New York. I then took on a role as a Managing Director for a Fortune 100 financial services firm in Sarasota, ultimately becoming a Managing Director for the Southwest Florida market, as well as a Registered Principal and head of the firm’s small business planning initiative. In 2016, I decided to rebuild my private law practice and formally became a member of the Florida Bar. In 2017, I was fortunate to be asked to join the law firm of Tannenbaum Lemole & Kleinberg. I represent clients in Florida, New Jersey, and New York.
